Auto Parts Supervisor

DescriptionRight Jobs is looking for an Auto parts supervisor with proven experience in Spare Parts within the Automotive Industry for an international automotive group in Karbala.Responsibilities��� Works with customers who are looking to improve or fix their cars.��� Gives advice and provides customer service to get them the necessary parts.��� Prepares parts orders, picks parts for customer orders, and checks the availability of stock for various inquiries.��� Stocks Control: ensures consumables and service parts are regularly replenished, providing swift service.��� Handles warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and completes all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing).Requirements��� General Certificate of Secondary Education as a minimum level of education.��� Must have at least 2 years experience as Parts Supervisor in a reputed automotive dealership.��� Must have considerable knowledge of the methods and practices used in the automotive service business.��� Must have good knowledge in storing and keeping parts in good shape.��� A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.Languages: Arabic is mandatory, and English as plusSkills��� Excellent communication skills��� Must have the ability to deal with all levels of customer profile��� Must have excellent negotiating, complaint resolving.��� Stock control��� Self-starter��� Ability to create great customer experiences��� Computer skills.
