Location: Colchester, Essex

Salary: £12,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week in line with study arrangements

Apprenticeship Length: 18 Months

This is an ideal opportunity to start your career within HR where you will be meeting a wide range of people and developing your administration skills as your support our recruitment and onboarding processes. We are seeking an individual who enjoys lots of people contact and is also able to work with accuracy and within set timeframes.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to communicate effectively with people in writing and verbally, be able to validate information against set criteria, and request more information if needed to enable all pre-employment checks to be confirmed. You will also need to be able to talk confidently to candidates about job opportunities and enjoy promoting the organisation. You will also require excellent attention to detail and be able to organise your time.

This role will support services across East Anglia and may involve occasional travel to Norfolk in addition to attending recruitment events in Essex.

Your Main Duties Will Include

Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes

Undertaking pre-employment checks

General HR duties including photocopying, scanning, emails, telephone calls and greeting visitors to Head Office

Experience

Educated to GCSE (Grade 4-9 / A-C) or above
