Attorney/Lawyer

This well-known firm is looking for a licensed Jr. Attorney via Robert Half. The long-term contract Attorney will work in the Schaumburg, Illinois, area.

What you get to do every day

• Correspond with clients and opposing counsel
• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
• Analyze and summarize legal documents

Requirements

• Stellar academic credentials and references
• Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
• Licensed attorney
• Excellent attention to detail
• Contracts experience
• Agency Rules experience desired
• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
• SBA Loan experience preferred**
