Call/Email regarding past due accounts.
Monitor and analyze accts that may require credit holds or credit increases and refer them to the Credit Dept.
Handle disputes and work with the station to resolve Research payments and obtain any needed remittances Escalate accounts needing outside collections Run/create aging reports for stations and customers Create special excel reports for customers as needed
