ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
STRATEGIC BRAND DEVELOPMENT (50%): Develop annual brand plan which contribute to sales, profit, and brand health objectives. Develop cohesive brand strategy across all platforms- advertising, social media, email campaigns, website, packaging identity, collaborations & partnerships.
Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. Lead creative development for global marketing campaigns, including social and email. Develop global branding guidelines and lead global branding initiatives.
Identify opportunity areas for growth by effectively using consumption data, marketing research, competitive intelligence, and market trends. Support development of innovation pipeline for our brands. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
BRAND MANAGEMENT (30%): Manage creative agencies for assigned projects/initiatives such as global creative development, brand awareness, brand identify.
Ensure brand compliance across all regions (e.g., packaging, promotions, POS, Email campaigns, Social Media, creative campaigns). Maintain and manage trademarks, patents, and licensing. Responsible for brand P&L and market share in each respective region. Manage, track, and analyze brand health performance across all regions. Track and analyze market performance of segment by monitoring sales, distribution, market share, and retail consumption. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
COLLABORATION (10%): Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure brand compliance. Work closely with Innovation Team to support development of brand innovation pipeline. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT (10%): Identify talent strengths, performance weaknesses, and areas and opportunities for improvement. Coach and develop his/her employees to meet plan goals by providing regular performance feedback and identifying training opportunities. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with special projects.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Perform all duties and maintains all standards in accordance with company policies and procedures Regular attendance is required for the position.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or related fields. Minimum 4 years’ brand marketing experience with at least 3 years in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brand management. Comprehensive knowledge of brand management, including competitive benchmarking, market research, advertising, and brand development. Extensive experience in brand P&L and budgeting. Past experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to problem solve, analyze data, and perform critical thinking. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to travel intra/interstate(s) and out of the country. PREFERRED SKILLS: Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Global marketing experience. Strong passion for food brands. Adobe or Graphic Design experience.
