Job duties:* Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to employees of companies who have enrolled/partnered with our client for Health Coaching. The health coaching is used to help employees reach their health and wellness goals and to lower their insurance premiums.
This is a telephonic role. 8 hours/day on the phone. 30 min lunch and 2 15 min breaks. working with members to keep them accountable on health and wellness. Holistic wellness approach. training for 3 week. can’t miss during training at all. training is 8am-4:30 or 8:30-5pm. Web Based through MS Teams. while on contract outside of training contractors can only miss 3 days.
The shifts will be either 10:30a – 7p or 12:30p – 9p (central). Have to be open to both shifts *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Must have a Bachelors Degree in: Exercise Science Health Science, Food & nutrition, Kinesiology, Psychology, Social Work
