Description:* Key support to the Treasury department. Responsibilities include cash management, cash flow forecasting, bank transactions and operations, treasury reporting, and analysis of data.
Independently manage routine treasury responsibilities and organize workload to ensure tasks are completed and resolved within established guidelines.
Review banking transactions and analyze daily cash activity.
Perform analysis of data and create and manage treasury reports as required.
Download data from various reporting systems.
Treasury reporting includes cash reporting, bank fee analysis reporting, monthly cash flow analysis and reporting, and other treasury and ad-hoc reporting as necessary.
Maintain and update reports as required.

Participate and manage projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
BA/BS in Accounting, Math, Statistics, Finance, Business, or any other quantitative studies
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a financial role, preferably in treasury.
Foundation knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with JD Edwards or related ERP system experience is a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a plus
Possess strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with partners in various job capacities
Strong interpersonal skills are required
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work longer hours and meet tight deadlines as needs may require
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while taking ownership of responsibilities
Demonstrate ability to work in a team-oriented environment that may include dynamic shifts in priorities with pending projects
Demonstrate ability to resolve issues exercising sound judgment, initiative, and strong critical thinking skills
Must have the ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines, and work through issues without continuous supervision.
