Job Description:* Responsible for the coordination and completion of the client’s print fleet update project. Our client is in a multi-year program to replace and update 4700 printers globally. This position oversees all aspects of the project, ordering, install planning, communication and reporting . You will set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. Experience with large scale technology refresh programs and 4-7 years of experience project management. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performs a variety of tasks across multiple partners and stakeholders. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Written and verbal communication skills are critical for this role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:* How many years of experience do you require or prefer?
Preferer at least 3-4 years of infrastructure project management
Must be very communicative, hard hitting program managers.
What degrees, certifications, and skills do you require or prefer?*
Smartsheet experience is required.
What qualifications would a candidate possess that would make them the best vs an average candidate?*
Average: 3-5 years project management in data center or lab environment.
Experience that shows they deal with vendors to director levels.
Broad range of communication levels
Base understanding of networking
Exceptional: Worked in infrastructure migrations from one data center to another.
Document writing. Writing SOPs
Smartsheet experience.
