About The Position

For our new property Hyatt Regency Erbil Residences, we are looking for an Asst. Reservation Manager who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the success of the commercial function. Someone who is a natural leader and enjoys the challenge in exceeding the highest standards of guest experience and financial success. He/She will be responsible for providing travel information, itineraries and prices, handling customer complaints or concerns, counseling clients on terms and conditions of travel or making reservations and sending out confirmation notices.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism studies;
• Experience in a similar position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – We are looking for someone with a sincere passion for working with others and creating a difference in our workplace
• Fluent in English
