At BYJU’S, we address the learning needs of students using compelling content delivered

through creative formats and technology (personalized journeys, images, videos, simulations,

games, etc.). Currently, we are expanding our team of ‘Content Developers’ in the school

(K–12) segment.

Primary Role

In very simple words, primary role is to develop/design content to be taught online in the

most clear, interesting, and engaging way possible across different formats to strengthen

student learning in our various product offerings.

You’ll be developing content for students in the K-10 (Grade 4 –10) or 11th-12th, JEE/NEET segment.

Responsibilities

• Developing/Designing content for the K-10 segment (Grades 4 –10) in science, math, or 11th-12th segment (JEE/NEET) in physics, chemistry, math, and biology subjects
• Mentoring and managing a team of fellow creators to develop content to meet quality standards
• Come out with creative ways in terms of content designing to teach concepts and solve questions on-screen to enhance the overall learning outcome of a child
• Conducting research to ensure content is delivered in its most effective form, pedagogically.
• Conceptualizing and taking ownership of deliverables from ideation to execution

Requirements

Must have

• Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree
• Work experience of 1+ years or its equivalent, preferably in a teaching/content development role
• Deep knowledge of school-level (Grades 4 –10) Math, Science, OR 11th-12th (JEE/NEET) level Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology content
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• A penchant for learning and growing, the knack to thrive in a fast and furious, ever-changing, and cross-functional environment
• Capable of quickly adapting to the changing needs of the project

Good to have

• Prior experience in managing content/curriculums for 4th -10th or 11th-12th grades in the Ed-Tech sector
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

How to Apply

Stage 1: An online test will be conducted based on the grade level for which you have applied. It’ll be a 1-hour test and you can take this test once for a duration of 24 hours on a particular day. The link will be shared on your mail-id.

Stage 2: There’ll be a content round of interviews on some basic topics, again as per the grades for which you have applied. The timings will be discussed with you via mail or a call.
