We are looking for an Associate Lead to support recruiting responsibilities aligned with a service line through search/market strategy, creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, data analysis and offer negotiations.

Location for this position is NY, NJ, TX. Tequire travel and/ or relocation

Qualifications

Basic:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree or fresh MBA from accredited University.
  • U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Preferred:

  • Ability to assist in sourcing plan
  • Understanding of local laws, EEO and legally compliant hiring processes
  • Experience working in a global environment

Other Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Understand and assist the team with unit level staffing and sourcing plan
  • Represent company brand and execute branding strategy with external stake s and candidates
  • Identify Talent Acquisition trends and gaps for quick suggestions and hiring the right talent
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment standard, compliance process within the team
  • Assist in sourcing and pipeline plan to meet the recruitment target
  • Vendor management and stake-holder management
  • Adherence to set standards to be process complaint, statutory and regulatory compliant

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face
