Associate Director – Pediatric Conjugate Vaccines (PCV) – based anywhere in the EU.

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Marketing Specialist to support our HHI markets in executing launch planning efforts, competitive readiness activities, and the commercial implementation of our global brand strategy for our pneumococcal pediatric conjugate vaccines (PCV).

In this role, you will

  • Collaborate closely with local teams in priority markets and regional teams to ensure alignment with the global brand strategy.
  • Prepare markets for anticipated competition by participating in competitive simulation workshops and implementing commercial strategies to defend against competition.
  • Drive standardization of launch plans across key Company markets and regions.
  • Foster strong alignment across regional and local cross-functional teams, driving uptake of our pneumococcal conjugate vaccine in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key markets and regions to ensure successful launch and the vaccine’s full potential is reached.
  • Forge deep relationships across the enterprise and become a well-respected partner within the vaccines and commercial organization, collaborating closely with the HHI Vaccines team, global teams, Company stakeholders and key markets.
  • Embrace new ways of working, including Agile methodologies and collaboration technologies, while integrating analytics into decision making.
  • Exemplify a positive mindset and behavior, serving as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in local, regional, and/or global commercial functions within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experiences from having worked with vaccines.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and innovative mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in data analytics and comfortable with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to drive results.
