Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A link between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. What You’ll Achieve

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.

You Will

  • Analyze & Report – Working in collaboration with Senior DPC team member(s) in their efforts to drive Tech Refresh, the Associate DPC is responsible for analyzing asset data, Tech Refresh activity, and to-date performance for their geography.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement – Responsible for articulating the complete Tech Refresh vision, strategy, and most importantly the responsibilities and processes which are directly tied to MIB success metrics.
  • Asset and Opportunity Management – Engages the field to encourage and drive linkage of refreshing assets to Tech Refresh Opportunities.
  • Asset Reviews – Responsible for managing resources and cross functional departments when coordinating regular asset review meetings alongside their Senior DPC
  • System Maintenance/Updates – Uses SalesForce.com and PowerBI reporting daily ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Incentive Registrations, Tracking, Reporting – Associate DPCs are responsible for assisting the Senior DPC in registrations, responding to requests for information, addressing responses to registration Outreach processes with reps, etc.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales support role would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and oral (including presentation) environments. Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Problem solving and consultative skills
  • Demonstrable experience in customer support
  • Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite (Intermediate level in Excel).

Desirable Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelors (Non-Technical)
  • Experience of Salesforce.com is desired but not required as training is provided.
