Requirements:
- Be a member of the California State Bar in good standing
- 3 years of Workers Compensation Defense experience
- Have a personable and friendly character
- Able to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Confident, articulate and persuasive in speech and writing
- Tech Savvy and Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Comfortable working with case management software
