Associate Attorney needed for Cleveland office

Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, Cleveland office of our client seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate interacts directly with the firms expanding individual, family, and employment-based clientele in the processing of visa applications, green card filings, naturalization processing, and removal proceedings in immigration court. Involves working closely with Partners, Lead Attorneys, and support staff in handling a variety of immigration cases, including deportation defense and family-based immigration cases. Fluency in Spanish or another foreign language is preferred.Additional Skills: The candidate must possess a JD from an accredited law school (or foreign equivalency), as well as licensure permitting for the practice of law from a State Bar association. Must be a problem solver, a self-motivated, independent thinker, and possess excellent communication skills. Must be well organized and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
