The candidate will join a small practice that focuses on real estate. Responsibilities include preparing title opinions, final title opinions, closing documents, and other real estate-related documents, answering phones as necessary, billing, and auditing. Preparing bankruptcy petitions and court appearances. Prepare wills and trusts. Responsibilities also include participation in marketing events and covering closings. Willing to train in real estate. Working knowledge of estate planning is also desired.
