The candidate will handle focused pieces of unique litigation, often including matters of first impression. Must also appreciate the role of a counselor providing consultations and guidance to clients in the employment arena. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Must possess strong client communication skills with experience attending depositions, drafting discovery, and motion practice.
