Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 1 Years, Dallas office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 1-6 years of litigation experience. The candidate will be doing legal research and drafting pleadings, motions and complex legal documents. Intense legal research and case strategy assessments. Assisting in the preparation of depositions and hearings. Defending client depositions and arguing motions. Demonstrating effective case management. Performing any other related duties as assigned. Mass tort and/or product liability experience on behalf of plaintiffs is preferred. Must be admitted to practice law in Texas and in good standing.Additional Skills: The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Must have superior legal research and writing abilities. Must have outstanding organization and communication skills. Must be professional, collegial, and a team player.
