…a highly motivated Assistant 50% for our Research department.

Your tasks

• General administrative support for the Research Department
• Organizing internal and external meetings and events
• Coordination and registration of travel arrangements and conferences
• Preparation and processing of invoices, expense claims, payment forms as well as
• purchasing orders
• Contribution to budget management by tracking expenses, processing invoices,
• and assisting in the preparation of financial reports and accruals
• Manage contracts in the contract management system

Your profile

• Commercial diploma (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college) or an equivalent education
• Ideally 3 years of professional experience as administrative assistant, preferably in industry
• Proficient in organizing, prioritizing and anticipating tasks
• Strong attention to detail, precise and accurate working style
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint and general affinity to IT Tools
• Ability and motivation to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic and international setting
• Fluency in English and German essential, any other language would be an asset
