Your contribution to KPMG

• Act as a sparring partner in the area of sustainability, especially in risk and compliance related topics as well as carbon footprints
• Support our clients in optimizing their firm strategy regarding sustainability goals, social- environmental- and governance KPI’s and reporting
• Audit sustainability reporting’s after international standards such as GRI SRS and other non-financial information
• Be responsible for different projects within our Sustainability team
• Take responsibility for the integration of sustainability in corporate governance systems and help shape processes for controlling and reporting on non-financial issues

 
This is what makes you successful

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, engineering, social sciences or natural sciences, with a focus on sustainability
• Around 4 to 6 years of experience in sustainability services, strategy or advisory
• Knowledge of impact assessment frameworks (GRI, TCFD, UN Guiding Principles for human rights, EU reg. 2088 or EU-Taxonomy)
• Familiar with project management, sustainability KPI’s and the development of strategic sustainability plans
• Proficient German and English skills
• Dynamic, communicative, client-focused and quality-conscious personality
