Key Accountabilities

  • Support the implementation of new methodologies within the Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation team.
  • Sustain deployment of top-tier standards within the organization to ensure high quality of deliverables.
  • Assist in digitally driven strategy evaluations to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Aid rapid scaling of successful initiatives to maximize impact within adidas.
  • Collaborate with x-functional teams to foster the SCM vision and incubate big bets.
  • Assist transformation within adidas Supply Chain through collaboration with markets and functions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Advocate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the supply chain team.
  • Provide support to interns in fostering a positive work environment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in project management.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of work experience mandatory (e.g., mgmt trainee or consulting experience)
  • Colleague or university degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience
