About The Role

Do you have a passion for sales within the leisure market? Do you love being part of a team looking to over exceed targets and helping to convert sales leads? Then our leisure sales division is awaiting your application today! As an Assistant Manager, Sales – Leisure, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining share of inbound leisure markets from assigned account base, as well as contracting and developing relationships with local DMCs, and international operators. Other responsibilities will include analysing and preparing promotional offers in a timely manner, and managing price matches, quotations and assisting in confirmation bookings.

You will report to the Manager, and Director, Sales – Leisure, and help to prepare all proposal and quotes which must be sent out within 24 hours of the initial enquiry in line with Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal standard template. You will also maintain awareness of current and potential markets/trends and coordinate all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rates.

About You

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience within a 5-star resort/hotel within Dubai, within a similar role, and have a passion for leisure sales.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with systems such as Delphi, have good spoken and written English, possess a flair for sales, and a passion for working within the hospitality sector. You will also have very strong administrative skills. Speaking a second European language would also be advantageous.
