As Assistant Legal & Compliance (L&C) you will ensure a smooth flow of the internal processes of Welthungerhilfe’s Legal & Compliance Unit. You will be responsible for office coordination and organization, preparation, follow-up and implementation of internal processes, events, as well as information and communication management., * Development and maintenance of legal and compliance-oriented databases
- Support in the maintenance of policies and process descriptions
- Support in the creation and maintenance of L&C templates in close cooperation with colleagues and unit management
- Documentation, visualization and maintenance of L&C-relevant processes in close coordination with colleagues and unit management
- Support colleagues with the preparation of internal reports
- Maintain content of the L&C intranet site
- Support and coordination of departmental campaigns (e.g. Corporate Compliance Campaign, Code of Conduct training)

- A completed commercial training, ideally as office or paralegal, notary clerk, or foreign language assistant
- Several years of professional experience in a legal office or comparable practical experience
- Excellent MS-Office (ideally also Viseo) and O365 skills
- High level of loyalty and integrity and intercultural competence
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a solution-oriented manner
- Very organized working style and ability to think and present complex procedures in processes
- Very good written and spoken German, English and (ideally) French skills
