About CRS:
Catholic Relief Services is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. CRS works to save, protect, and transform lives in need in more than 100 countries, without regard to race, religion or nationality. CRS’ relief and development work is accomplished through programs of emergency response, HIV, health, agriculture, education, microfinance and peacebuilding.

As an organization that celebrates and promotes diversity and inclusion, and which is committed to the ongoing work of racial equity and anti-racism, we welcome applicants of all backgrounds. Departmental Background:
Leadership Giving is a department in the Charitable Giving Division which builds relationships with donors and donor prospects that have the ability to generate private revenue of $25,000 or more to meet the agency’s immediate and future needs. The goal of the department is to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward these private donors in the most effective and efficient way possible. We do this through a variety of methods – but most often through direct engagement. The end goal is to provide new and existing CRS donors a deep sense of accomplishment and emotional gratification.

Now in the mid-point of the Go FAR Campaign for Catholic Relief Services (www.gofar.crs.org), Leadership Giving, and agency broadly, seeks to raise revenue and drive our impact with high-level private donors like never before. This vision depends on the entire Leadership Giving team working together with donors, colleagues, partners and the people we serve to create transformational change.
