The individual will be working on multiple projects related to customer growth strategy, new customer acquisition and retention among other things.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Growth Strategy Manager to develop the customer engagement strategy.Understanding the customer profiles and segmenting them for targeted communication.Build, test and execute campaigns for each customer segment, managing the end-to-end process, including necessary data workflow.Lead the design and messaging of all communication in coordination with design, content and marketing teams.Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from tests / campaigns, producing regular reports on performanceIdentify new channels to drive existing customer engagementQualificationsBachelor���s Degree in a related fields + MBA1-2 years��� experience with top tier consulting firmAbility to generate ideas and solve problems independentlyComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skillsHistory of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job doneAptitude for organization, flexibility and producing resultsStrong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
