About Jumeirah & the Hotel:Jumeirah Group, a member of Dubai Holding, has been making a distinguished impact on the global hospitality market for more than two decades with its Stay Different��� brand promise.Its award winning destinations, such as the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, position service beyond expectations, elevated dining destinations and surprising architecture and design at the heart of every guest experience.Today, Jumeirah operates a world-class portfolio of 23 properties across the Middle East, Europe and Asia and employs over 8,000 colleagues, representing over 106 nationalities.As Jumeirah continues to expand its global portfolio and scales up its operations to the next level of growth, it remains fully committed to developing and empowering our colleagues to excel in world class environments.About the Job:An opportunity has arisen for Assistant Manager eCommerce ��� Traffic Acquisition to join the Brand & Digital Marketing Department in Jumeirah Group & Corporate office.The main duties and responsibilities of this role:SEM (paid search): Manage and optimize Search Engine Marketing activities on major search networks (Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu) across all languages and devices Implement, manage, and optimize top of the funnel, generic campaigns Coordinate collaboration with the Group���s appointed SEM agency: Budget and spend management Competition monitoring / cost optimization (CPC) Performance measurement and reporting Campaign management and optimization Annual contracting and monthly billing for SEM group-wide Directly manage corporate funded campaigns while supervising budgets and performance of hotel-managed campaigns Keep up to date with the latest SEM related trends and innovation to share knowledge and best practices across the group Provide SEM related training and on boarding for new hotel colleagues Manage monthly invoicing for corporate funded campaigns SEO: Work with appointed SEO agency to deliver SEO strategy and activities Measure performance (errors, backlinks, rankings, traffic, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities Liaise with website vendor to identify and implement best practices Liaise with content editors to optimise on-page SEO Liaise with PR/Comms colleagues to optimise backlinks Liaise with hotel marketers to update Google My Business profiles Manage annual contracting and monthly invoicing Metasearch: Improve the current framework to manage budget, bids, and measure/optimise metasearch campaign performance Manage campaigns, across all metasearch networks, source markets, languages, and device categories via the Derbysoft platform Report, analyse and optimise performance Control other aspects of metasearch marketing such as paid listings, destination ads and price-parity Manage annual contracting and monthly invoicing for metasearch activity group-wide Coordinate with agency and vendors to manage and optimise performance Coordinate with hotel marketing teams to ensure creative is updated and that campaigns are performing
