A newly created position for an Assistant Branch Manager with opportunity to advance. BONUS LOCATION – live in the gorgeous Fraser Valley with access to outdoor sports, festivals, farm fresh food, microbreweries, wineries, and within driving distance to Vancouver, Coast and Mountains.
Business is booming in the residential/commercial building materials industry and our client is looking to add a knowledgeable professional to their winning team. Bonuses are paid monthly & annually.
The successful candidate will bring their building materials knowledge and high drive to succeed. Someone who knows how to make clients and employees feel they are valued and appreciated.
This family-owned business has made it their mission to deliver high quality products, provide exceptional customer service and share in the profits with their hardworking employees. Focussed on creating a one-stop shop for residential / commercial customers, teamwork has been a key factor in driving exponential growth over the past 8 years.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in building envelope materials; (must have) siding, some waterproofing, insulation, stone, masonry products preferred
- 5+ years in sales dealing with trades, designers, architects
- Mentoring and coaching experience, a definite asset
- Highly organized and customer centric
- A genuine relationship builder
- A cooperative mindset with colleagues, vendors and clients
- Innovative in approach to problem-solving
- Strong and effective communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Valid drivers license
This Opportunity Offers
- Monday – Friday (no weekend work)
- $$Negotiable base salary
- PLUS monthly bonus on personal and team efforts
- PLUS annual bonus on personal and team volume (profit sharing)
