Remote Worker

My client are a large construction company. Due to company growth and new changes in which they process data they are now looking for two Assistant Administrator to join their team.The two administrators will be covering data entry and order processing for multiple offices. There is the option to WFH most of the time, however you will be required to visit our Gatwick office as and when needed,Flexibility with working hours. Monday – Friday at either 8-4pm/8:30-4:30pm/9-5pm.Responsibilities

  • Data entry and purchase order processing
  • Processing requisition forms and purchase invoices
  • Assisting with office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company procedures dealing with telephone and e mail enquiries
  • Creating and maintaining filing system
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel and Sage to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, record spreadsheets and database
  • Devising and maintaining office systems and database
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Photocopying, scanning and printing various documentsQualifications and key skills required
  • Experience as an Administrator and Data entry
  • Sage experience preferred
  • Strong organisational skills
  • An understanding on invoicing and purchase order process
  • Must be able to work in a face paced environment
  • Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • A pleasant, confident telephone manner
