About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Asset Intelligence & Investment to join our team in either our Oldham or London office on a 6 month FTC permanent basis. We currently operate a hybrid working style which compromises of two days a week in the office, and the remaining three days working remotely.

The main purpose of the role is to Lead and manage a team to deliver accurate stock condition and property performance information and the intelligent design of a comprehensive planned investment programme, ensuring component failures and property improvements are proactively identified and undertaken in a planned manner.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate dispersed and field based teams.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information to specialist and non-specialist colleagues sufficient to aid their understanding and actions.
  • Proven track record of data analysis to drive improvements in value for money, systems, processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of current and relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Experience of setting investment programmes.
  • Experience of using Asset Management systems.
  • A proven ability to influence internal and external customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management Standard.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educated to level 6 (degree or equivalent) in Construction Management
