ABA ROLI seeks a consultant to provide program oversight and management of four U.S. Department of State-funded programs focused on anti-money laundering, access to justice for victims of human trafficking, and trial advocacy skills training of justice sector actors. More specifically, the consultant will manage all aspects of the program cycle including program design, implementation, award compliance, recruitment, procurement, budget oversight, and monitoring and evaluation and donor reporting including both quarterly and final reports
