What It Is

  • Perform fleet inspections as required
  • Research, initiate, and implement strategies
  • Ensure customer is satisfied with the final sale
  • Process all pertinent information into the computer system
  • Ensure customer requests are processed in a timely manner.
  • Provide alternative product if requested product is not available in an acceptable time frame.
  • To support the Peace Region farming, forestry, and mining industries by providing world class sales and service.
  • By utilizing the latest equipment and best in class products, to maintain our existing customer base with the goal of expansion.
  • Completing necessary follow up with customers, and continually updating customer requirements, purchases and buying levels.

Who are we looking for?

  • Farm and Off the Road tire knowledge an asset
  • Experience in the automotive or tire industry is an asset
  • The ability to quickly establish rapport with both existing and new clients.
  • Offer self-motivation, self-initiative and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Valid Drivers License, with a clean Drivers Abstract from province of residence.
  • Work well under pressure and with competing deadlines in order to meet customer expectations.
  • A self-driven sales professional who excels at customer service and building strong lifelong relationships.
  • Somebody who enjoys a continuous education position in order to be an industry leader in products and service.
  • A person with excellent time management skills and the confidence to work with several stake holders in order to achieve success.
  • 2+ years of work experience in Sales and Service in Tire Industry or related Industrial experience. However, training will be provided for the right applicant
  • The successful candidate will be able to embrace technology and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to plan for and achieve growth in the market.
