We are looking for a passionate and driven Area Fleet Manager to join the Direct Sales team on a permanent basis. This exciting role is responsible for pro-actively developing great relationships with existing and prospective customers. You’ll be accountable for maintaining strong retailer and leasing company engagement and be responsible for the delivery of annual sales and order targets through agreed market channels. Reporting into the National Fleet Manager, you will be part of a team working with our corporate customers to build strong and lasting relationships that will deliver against our sales and loyalty ambitions, now and in the future.

You’ll have the confidence and presence to influence both new and existing customers in this role. It is essential you are self-motivated, have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly at all levels, across both the Volkswagen Group and our customers.

This is a field based role covering the Midlands & North territory.
