But Don’t Just Take Our Word For It, Hear From One Of Our Apprentices

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to start their career within a highly valued and supportive team and begin a journey which will provide an exciting and fulfilling career pathway.

“I worked in Retail for a long time, and I wanted a change that would give me many opportunities to grow. After a lot of consideration and speaking to family we thought it would be a good idea to apply for an apprenticeship as I would be getting a qualification and experience in a different work environment. I’ve worked at Midland Heart for over a year now and I believe that I have learnt so many things; I have become more confident speaking to customers, provided training to other colleagues and had the opportunity to shadow different departments. One of the benefits of the apprenticeship is the level of exposure to the business which helps you understand your long term career goals, in a supportive environment. It’s not without challenges – balancing studies and work, however I have had amazing support and guidance from my manager and team members. I’d definitely recommend it!”
