- Diagnosing and resolving application issues, including identifying and troubleshooting application-related problems and ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime
- Providing technical support to end-users through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and guiding users on application functionalities
- Collaborating with development teams to identify software bugs, ensuring that applications run smoothly
- Performing system maintenance, including updates and performance monitoring
- Documenting support activities, including maintaining accurate records of support activities, issues encountered, and resolutions
- Creating training materials and conducting sessions for users to enhance their understanding of the applications, thereby improving user experience and productivity
Your Experience/knowledge
- 2+ years of professional experience in application support roles
- Practical knowledge of Temenos T24, TAFJ, including ITIL Foundation certification
- Good command of Windows OS at server level
- Good know-how of Unix, ideally with shell scripting experience
- University degree in Computer Science or other IT related certification
- Language skills: English, German
