Your Tasks

• Diagnosing and resolving application issues, including identifying and troubleshooting application-related problems and ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime
• Providing technical support to end-users through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and guiding users on application functionalities
• Collaborating with development teams to identify software bugs, ensuring that applications run smoothly
• Performing system maintenance, including updates and performance monitoring
• Documenting support activities, including maintaining accurate records of support activities, issues encountered, and resolutions
• Creating training materials and conducting sessions for users to enhance their understanding of the applications, thereby improving user experience and productivity

Your Experience/knowledge

• 2+ years of professional experience in application support roles
• Practical knowledge of Temenos T24, TAFJ, including ITIL Foundation certification
• Good command of Windows OS at server level
• Good know-how of Unix, ideally with shell scripting experience
• University degree in Computer Science or other IT related certification
• Language skills: English, German
