Application Support Specialist – Java


��� Very good knowledge in Java, J2EE and Mobile application architecture��� Very good Knowledge in Oracle – SQL & PL/SQL��� Hands on experience in Unix Commands.��� Experience in handling interface related issues and good idea about the Middleware systems��� Knowledge on working on Micro Service, Open API, PaaS environment is an added advantage.��� Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.��� Hands on experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application related problems on production, Incident Analysis & resolution, and RCA related to Application.��� Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.��� Experience in Work flow maintenance and Configuration.��� Exposure to banking domain would be an added advantage��� Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Team Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Flexibility, Integrity.��� Ready to work on a 24/7 customer support environment��� Minimum 3 to 6 Years Experience
