Support in the development and implementation of “The client”-wide procurement strategies across
Participate in drafting the procurement plan including needed quantities, methods of supply, estimated costs, delivery requirements and schedule, and expected cash allocation, and supervise implementation
Identify all deviations from procurement plans, escalating them to the Procurement Manager for resolution
Receive Purchase Requisitions (PRs) from the different departments of “The client”, and perform the required review and analysis of the submitted PRs
Conduct sourcing, including collection of quotations from suppliers through to evaluation and selection by considering supplier availability, past performance, capability, experience, and ability to meet delivery schedules and quality requirements
Perform analysis of all received quotations and proposals and ensure that all related attributes are filled by the bidder in order to effectively manage the analysis and selection activity
Prepare an accurate and up-to-date supplier list, ensuring that all listed suppliers have passed the developed evaluation criteria
