Analyst, Social Media Job Duties Social media platforms are constantly changing. Pharma marketing is closely regulated. If the intersection of these two concepts sounds interesting, this job might be for you. Your problem-solving skills will be put through the paces as you assist healthcare companies in developing social media content, monitoring plans and reporting criteria.In this role, the qualified candidate will manage multiple projects and be responsible for the day-to-day creation and posting of content for several social profiles. Monitoring of assets and reporting on KPIs happens regularly, so this person should be comfortable with developing dashboards and crunching numbers. Social listening research also occurs regularly, and the candidate should generate insights based on this data to drive future positioning, content and planning. The Social Media Analyst is a go-to resource for providing trends and data about this social segment as it relates to a client���s overall business and target audience. The ideal candidate personally enjoys social media, demonstrates excellent writing skills and has experience working in social media community management, monitoring/listening tools and turning social listening data into insights and strategic opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required1-3 years of related industry experience; digital advertising agency experience preferredKnowledge of marketing and advertising; understanding of digital marketing and familiarity with paid/owned social media and technology is preferredStrong strategic and problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment with different personalitiesTechnical knowledge of and insight into social mediaProficiency with business software (Microsoft Office) and online toolsExcellent interpersonal and writing skillsDetail-oriented; solid organizational skillsMinimal travel requiredOn Oct. 20, 2021, Intouch Group and EVERSANA announced their intention to join forces; EVERSANA���s acquisition of Intouch is expected to be closed by the end of 2021.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
