Choose Connect blockchain DMCC, the way we collaborate, operate and deliver value provides an unparalleled opportunity to grow and advance.Duties and Responsibilities:��� Working closely with Sales and Operations team to deliver products based on customer needs and business objectives.��� Managing product life cycles according to the company s strategy and goals.��� Developing product knowledge in order to clearly articulate market portfolio strategies to clients and prospects.��� Meeting the product s financial, strategic, and technical goals.��� Tailoring features of the product to meet customer needs.��� Working closely with support teams to diagnose production issues.��� Involvement in projects. Requirements of the Technical Support Analyst.��� Experience of delivering exceptional customer service.Qualifications:��� Educated to minimum of Masters Degree level in Finance, Economic, or Business-related majors.��� Must have a solid understanding of blockchain technology or computer science.��� Excellent communication skills in business writing and speaking.��� High level of analytical and quantitative skills.��� Previous experience in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain is a plus.��� Understand finance and trading.��� Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for multiple, concurrent projects��� Must be self-motivated, responsible, proactive and work as team.��� Excellent verbal and written communication, at least fluent in both English and Mandarin.��� Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
