About This Opportunity

Welcome to the Fraud Management team. We add value by protecting our customer in the fraud area and by “easing the pain” when they are exposed to fraud. As the Specialist in Nordea – Fraud Management, you’ll play a valuable role in not only taking care of our customer but also by contributing to awareness activities and preventive actions in the fraud area.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Register incoming customer claims
  • Analyse patterns and investigate the liability of the claims, take decision and contact customers
  • Ensure a well-functioning feedback loop to other sections in the Fraud area to mitigate fraud and decrease the risks
  • Identify and drive improvement areas within own organisation and bring them forward to develop our processes
  • Proactively take on the responsibility to support the goal of creating great customer experiences in every relationship and delivery

  • Have good knowledge around Visa/MC Rules and regulations around disputes and fraud
  • Are self-going and passionated about contributing to the value chain by acting with the customers in mind in all processes
  • Have a strong drive and a can-do attitude, are confident and willing to deal with new tasks and situations
  • Have an interest in the legal-/compliance area
  • Are energized by supporting colleagues and providing good service to our customers

Your Experience And Background

  • You have analytical skills and an interest for details, but at the same time you are able to see patterns and use the holistic perspective
  • You have a good balance between delivery and quality
  • Previous experience within financial crime or cards area is an advantage
  • You speak and write English fluently (professional level)
