Your tasks
As SAP FS-RI Super User you are responsible for the support of the group-wide reinsurance systems and processes
Promote and facilitate reinsurance operations tasks while liaising with technical accounting and reinsurance controlling teams
Close collaboration with reinsurance underwriting team in implementing change management activities
Lead digital transformation projects associated with organizational and transversal reinsurance activities
Act as key contact for reinsurance operations processes for specific regions.
Analysis and evaluation of system and processes changes. Making sure that its clients’ rules and principles are well captured in our IT (mainly SAP) tools
Development of results-oriented solutions for complex reinsurance cases
Monitoring and training new stakeholders on reinsurance systems topics
Your Qualifications
You have obtained a master’s degree in computer science/IT or insurance/finance
As a business analyst, you have at least 5 years of experience in project management and accounting activities, in similar sectors
Affinity with SAP, Microsoft or Oracle systems
Proven process and change management skills (ITIL Foundation)
A deep understanding of analytical reporting tools (flair with numbers)
Experience in interface design and maintenance
Evidence of driving major projects
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
