Receptionist Required In Abu Dhabi

Female candidates on spouse or fathers visa are preferred. Immediately available candidates also preferred.

Responsibilities Include

Maximum 2 to 3 years experience required.
Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office.
Informing the relevant employees of the arrival of visitors and necessary coordination, as necessary.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking messages and notes.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Scheduling appointments.
Check, accept and sign for courier delivered items. Retain receipts securely and dispatch items to appropriate addressee or Division / Department at the earliest opportunity. Receive item for dispatch by courier, arrange for collection by courier, complete necessary paperwork and retain documentation for reference.
