Kitopi currently operates more than 80 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain, thanks to more than 3000 amazing Kitopians.And we can���t wait for you to join us.Relocation to Dubai* What You’ll Do?Attend retro meetings with the squads to assist them in implementing and improving their Agile practices Training on the agile techniques for PMs (user story mappings/ prioritization/ feasibility assessment)Coaching on how to work in a more agile/efficient wayWorking with squads on deliverablesIntroducing agile standards that will be used across the organizationIdentifying processes that can be made more efficientStand up new teams, including providing interactive Agile and ongoing coaching Assess the Agile maturity of the squads and coach to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable Facilitate workshop training on Agile frameworks, competencies, and methodologies Conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of Agile programs and recommends complex and/or highly comprehensive training modifications as necessaryCoach teams on how to remove complex roadblocks and impediments to change and deliveryDrive continuous improvement through transparency, balance, flow, respect, customer focus, collaboration, and agreement What Are We Looking For?Bachelor���s in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent job experienceExperience in presenting and discussing to a large audienceDemonstrable, recent (~2 years) Agile training/conference/user group attendanceAgile training and facilitation across teams and all stakeholders Polish speaker is a plusSo, what does it really mean to work at Kitopi?We are constantly striving to make Kitopi the best place to work, in the world.
