Description:* We are looking for some *entry* level welders to
MIG*

weld on mild steel at our production facility in
Huntsville, Al* All shifts available.

Recent welding grads ok!!! Must be ok with passing a weld test.
Candidates will be MIG welding on mild steel*.

Everything is on a cycle time and tac time.

Candidates are working in a weld bay on an assembly line process for welding.

Cycle time is 5 minutes per frame- you will be expected to get out around 100 frames per shift.

We are not concerned with appearance of the weld- they are looking for speed and efficiency. Expect to work* 6x 10 hour days*

Shift: 1st- 5 AM- 3:30 PM
OT is before the shift.

Start time anywhere from 4 AM- 6 AM

2nd- 3:30 PM- 2:30 AM
OT is after the shift.

Will stay until 1 AM- 3 AM 3rd- 10:30 PM-7:30 AM
OT is after the shift
Skills:* mig welding, robotic welding
Additional Skills & Qualifications:* 0-1 year of experience welding MIG welding preferred

Experience welding on steel preferred Will need to have own weld helmet or hood

Must be able to work a 10 hour shift on their feet Will be expected to meet production goals of 5 minute cycle time
Experience Level:* Entry Level
