Administrator – Order Processing

Responsibilities

  • Processing client orders and liaising with clients & suppliers to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled
  • Monitoring deliveries and ensuring any issues are promptly acted upon
  • Assisting with reconciling stock reports to third party warehouse and promptly following up on any discrepancies
  • Accurately recording all products delivered at the warehouse and ensuring all delivery paperwork is received correctly
  • Compiling customer weekly sales reports and distributing to senior management

Qualifications/Experience

  • A Levels or degree
  • Previous experience of inputting data and dealing with customers
  • Thorough attention to detail, comfortable working under pressure
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Team Player with “Can do” attitude
  • Excel and Microsoft office experience
