We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator, experienced in the use of client management databases and systems, to join our project compliance team. This role will help us to ensure the compliance and consistency of accurate information to support the charity’s delivery of key projects. The role is hybrid and includes working from home and our office at Star House in Sheffield.
The Role
The Administrator will be responsible for the entry, storage, analysis, provision and management of client data for specific projects within the charity using our charity database. This important role will enable us to assess deliverables against our own impact measurements and external funding requirements. The Administrator will provide reports to the Compliance Coordinator, and other key stakeholders as requested, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, in order to support our effective project performance that is compliant with contract specifications. This role will manage the technical access of the system for internal and external users and provide a high quality of support.
The Candidate
It is essential that candidates have significant experience of working in an administration role, and have a good standard of literacy and numeracy. A Level 3 Administration or IT related qualification is also a requirement, along with experience of data analysis and dashboard creation (including the interpretation of large data sets) and the ability to create and present reports. Strong communication skills and a high standard of customer service are key in this role, in addition to high levels of confidentiality and an understanding of GDPR requirements. Experience of Charitylog or a similar Client management database would be advantageous.
This role requires a basic DBS check.
