Procurement Administrator / Coordinator
Cowley, Oxfordshire
£23.5k – £26k OTE
Must be able to commute to the Cowley office several times per week.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator with experience of working in a busy office environment.
About you
You’ll have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be a confident communicator and take a proactive approach to managing your time and your responsibilities. Full training will be given to enable you to learn all about the business and be successful in your role.
About the job
You’ll work within a team of six procurement professionals providing excellent administrative support to our procurement managers. Your main duties include conducting procurement research, posting contract notices and recording subsequent expressions of interest from suppliers. Issuing tender documents / clarification questions and site visit information prepared by the procurement managers. You’ll also be required to check tender responses, documents, calculate bid scores and issue feedback letters. You will also be responsible, on request, to manage and negotiate short-term contract extensions – full guidance will be given.
Your excellent telephone manner will help build strong relationships with suppliers and customers and your analytical skills will ensure all documents are managed to a high quality.

The package
£23.5k – £26k per annum OTE dependent on skills and experience
Hybrid working – working remotely 3 days per week
