The Team

Commercial Operations provides the data, tools, and processes that every employee needs to thrive in a sales environment. We provide processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and optimize sales workflows at Reorg, as well as support the overall business with insights from sales data and reporting, pipeline and forecasting and territory performance. We partner with our Editorial teams, HR, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams in a collaborative approach that results in a high level of cross-functional teamwork and consistent communication across the business.

The Role

Based in our London office, and reporting directly to the VP of Commercial Operations, the Commercial Operations Administrator will serve as a go-to person for queries related to Sales, CS, and Marketing processes, as well as the tools used by these teams, and to field questions from and offer assistance to the wider commercial team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administration tasks that ensure the smooth running of key business processes
  • Tasks include data cleansing, updating Salesforce CRM, providing sales metrics, updating our TAM (total addressable market) information
  • Quality checking orders/subscriptions, and identifying areas of improvement, working with appropriate teams to help implement these improvements
  • Work with other members of the Operations team, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to provide support in all areas of the Sales cycle

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects at once
  • Ability to get things done; identify areas for improvement, plan accordingly and execute the plan to completion
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, plus knowledge of Power BI, Google Suite, Slack would be beneficial
  • Previous use and a level of proficiency in using Salesforce.com and Pardot would be preferred
  • Professional demeanor required with ability to interact with many people across multiple departments
