About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Student and Library Services administration team. You will provide high quality, responsive and flexible administrative support to our Student and Library Services Directorate.

With A levels or a Vocational qualification at NVQ level 3 or equivalent, you will have substantial administrative experience and excellent customer service skills, ideally within Higher Education. You will be IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will be motivated, organised and have a commitment to enhance the high standards of customer service. Previous experience of servicing meetings is essential.

In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to plan and manage busy and competing workloads. You will also provide administrative support to Student and Library Systems such as Topdesk.
