  • Provide administrative support to department and/or Manager
  • General clerical, receptionist and project based work.
  • Receives the run tickets from the Multi-Skilled Operator (MSO) or through ShipXpress, validates the run ticket data, enters the data into Avocet Capture
  • Reviewing the tank seal discrepancy report and working with the MSO’s to resolve any discrepancies
  • Sending first production notifications for flowbacks and permanent facilities
  • Work with Invoice Processing Group to ensure correct coding is on invoices
  • Compile field Weekly Activity Report (WAR)
  • Working required overtime as needed, to always include monthly closing (first four business days of the following month

Skills / Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or office support position
  • Experience using Avocet Capture, Cygnet, ShipXpress, Spotfire, DPRQC, or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate with MSOs, Production Accounting, Operations Cost Analyst, and Production Supervisors
  • Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments
