Administrative Officer

STEPS COMMUNICATIONS

  • Prepare reports, letters and other paperwork.

  • Help media buyers and planners develop, execute and monitor media plans.

  • Proofread and revise contracts and agreements

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

  • Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management for employees.

  • Strong communication, networking and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Team player. Ability to work effectively in teams and individually.

  • Strong Emotional Quotient.

  • fluently in English
